Delete your Looks Business account

This page explains how users of the Looks Business mobile app (developed by Looks) can request deletion of a manager or staff account, what happens to your data, and how long we keep it.
Looks Business helps salon and spa teams manage bookings, staff, leave, payroll, and related operations. This policy applies to team accounts that sign in through the Looks Business Android app.
Who can delete an account here?
- Managers and staff can delete their own account from within the Looks Business app (see steps below).
- Business owners who need to close an owner account or an entire business should contact us at support@looks.com.pk from the email address linked to the account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Steps to request account deletion (managers & staff)
- Install and open the Looks Business app on your Android device (package name: `com.looks.business.pk`).
- Sign in with the manager or staff account you want to delete.
- Open Settings (managers) or the side menu (staff).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You will be signed out.
You do not need a web form or email to delete a manager or staff account — deletion is initiated directly inside the Looks Business app while you are signed in.
Grace period and permanent deletion
- When you confirm deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out of the app.
- You have 30 days to sign in again and restore your account with your data intact.
- If you do not sign in within that period, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted during our next scheduled cleanup (cleanup runs periodically, so the exact day may vary slightly within the grace window).
Data that is deleted
After the grace period expires, we permanently remove the following types of data linked to your manager or staff account:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, and profile photo)
- Push notification registrations and in-app notifications
- Support chat messages tied to your account
- Leave requests, leave balances, and payroll records linked to you as staff
- Bookings and orders where you were assigned as staff
- Other staff-specific records (for example, inventory consumption entries)
Data that may be kept
- During the 30-day grace period, your data remains in our systems so you can restore your account by signing in again.
- After permanent deletion, some business records (for example, branch activity or anonymized operational logs) may be kept where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.
- References to your account in records created by other users (for example, a booking made by a customer) may be cleared or anonymized rather than deleted, so the business can retain its operational history.
How to restore your account
If you change your mind during the 30-day grace period, open the Looks Business app and sign in with the same credentials. Your account will be reactivated and your data restored.
